SOLD NAME OF THE WIND - EARLY EDITORIAL MANUSCRIPT - 2004-2005 BY PATRICK ROTHFUSS

 This item is fantastic and is incredibly collectable. Yes, it's an early editiorial manuscript of 'The Name of the Wind' directly from the authors very own personal collection. It's been read by the author and one of his friends to help edit the book.

On the front of the manuscript Patrick Rothfuss has written a few notes:

1. He makes reference to his old address - "No use trying to stalk me here"

2. He points out the conspicuous lack of title as there wasn't one yet.

3. He's also signed and dated the manuscript.

It comes with a letter of authenticity which states:

" I love getting feedback on early drafts of my novels. This is one of my early reading copies that I distributed and got feedback on while I was revising the book for publication.

This book is significantly different than the finished product. Chapters have been added, removed, changed and moved around......"

The letter continues into more detail about the date and it's also signed and dated.
