Mule is a 40 page hardcover picturebook, written and illustrated by Chris Odgers. Through illustrations, reminisent of victorian woodcut/etching with a contemporary edge, supported by romantic, macarbe prose the story is told of Willy and Clea, two old moon-shiners, who after being caught in a flood, find themselves afloat in a coffin complete with corpse. So begins a macabre adventure through the haunted night in search of shore.
